I wanted to provide you with an update regarding ASB, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Good Afternoon,
I would like to introduce myself. I am PCSO Harry Felstead-Solley, although please feel free to call me Harry if you see me out in the community.
I am one of the newly trained PCSOs based in Gainsborough, and I am delighted to be serving the area. I look forward to getting to know local residents and working closely with the community.
On 15 July 2026, myself and colleagues responded to an incident involving anti-social behaviour and the use of a mini motorbike on Queensway, Gainsborough.
Since joining the team last week, one of the key priorities identified for me has been tackling anti-social behaviour involving vehicles. During this incident, we utilised the newly introduced powers under Section 59 of the Road Traffic Act, which allow police to seize vehicles involved in anti-social behaviour without the need to issue a prior warning.
I supported my colleague, PC Brown, in the seizure of the vehicle from the individual involved. A photograph of the motorbike has been attached below.
I am aware of ongoing concerns regarding anti-social vehicle use in the area and would like to reassure residents that I will continue to work proactively with colleagues and utilise the appropriate powers available to address these issues and keep our communities safe.
Kind regards,
PCSO Harry Felstead-Solley Gainsborough Neighbourhood Policing Team
